Throughout my career, I have been able to sit at the forefront of new modes and systems for delivering branded content and storytelling. I am the Global Head of Emerging Experience & Technology at Anomaly. Under my leadership, they have pushed into areas of growth using vast spectrums of Generative AI, Web3, and spatial computing. 

I fit the ethos of Anomaly because it sits on the bleeding edge of where brands meet new methods, technologies, and experiences. This philosophy aligns with how I approach my work, and this fusion is pushing the agency into new and expanding areas of growth through storytelling and shaping narratives using emerging technologies and new realities. Right before I came to Anomaly, I was one of the creative leads for Samsung 837X, arguably the biggest brand Web3 metaverse ever launched, dropping over 300K Polygon NFTs in partnership with Nouns and Pixelmind, among others. 

At Anomaly, I architected an emerging tech incubator program called Classify, aimed at guiding brand building and strategy in nascent tech spaces. This lead to Creator Cache with Ally Financial.

Additionally, we have deployed Classify in a sessions format with portfolio brands LVMH and Diageo, focusing on practically applying GenAI to real business challenges. My team continues to educate and upskill both internally and externally with a suite of products, workshops, and applications. This includes over 800 Anomalies all over the world.

We have built a transformative GenAI practice, fueled with pipelines and technology from LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering to custom image training and workflows, utilizing a combination of both out of the box AI and custom tooling to transform the offering of Anomaly systemically, playing to a host of new capabilities to usher in this post attention world. We continue to productize, finding new ways to mine insights, pilot agents, deploy data, and even conduct vast spectrums of research with a synthetic audeince.

At Anomaly, I helped bring to market a Breakfastverse experience pairing fashion powerhouse AMBUSH and Reese’s Puffs, a purely AI generated music video for Ally Financial called Lyrically, and an AR experience for Crown Royal. Additionally, we used ControlNet for a clever spin on the Summer of AI (Anomaly Interns), and generative video and image expansion for Ancestry.com.

Beyond the direct agency day-to-day, I am an advisor for Million Marker, a Y-Combinator startup centered on biological testing of plastic exposure and other contaminants in humans. I mentor talent into new pathways on the marketing side of emerging technology. I am a founding member of the Emerging Tech & Media Committee at the Ad Council, and an active speaker in the world of emerging technology. My latest venture is a farm in Winston Salem, NC called Jeff Neff Farms and I now am teaching a home school co-op all about Generative AI.

Before Anomaly, I amassed plenty of agency experience at Publicis, CP+B, 180LA, and production side expertise with Tool of North America. Throughout my career, I have received over 100 industry awards collectively from Cannes Lions, The Webby Awards, D&AD, The FWA, The One Show, Clio Awards, The Shorty Awards, CSS Design Awards, and Awwwards.
